  • Issue of Deposit Bonds – A deposit bond is often used when you are selling one property and want to purchase your next property but do not have the required deposit available at the time of purchase. Deposit Bonds are widely used and accepted as an approved deposit to secure a property. A deposit bond guarantees the Seller that he will receive the amount of the deposit (10%) if the Purchaser breaches the Contract. We can arrange the issue of Deposit Bonds for clients who hold an unconditional loan approval from their Lender.
  • Recommend Mortgage Brokers and Lenders who can provide expert advice on the right home or business loan for you.
  • Arrange pre-purchase Pest and Building Reports
  • Arrange Strata Title Reports if you are purchasing a strata unit
  • Arrange Survey Reports, swimming pool reports, or other services as required.

    • Provide legal advice in regard to real estate contract law
    • Provide general information on tax considerations and asset protection including capital gains tax, and sales or purchases by companies, self managed superannuation funds, family and discretionary trusts and deceased estates, associated with property

    • Liaise with Lenders in regard to deposit bonds, loans, mortgages and discharges of mortgages
    • Provide advice to first home buyers on the First Home Owner Grant, Stamp Duty Concessions and other benefits
    • Prepare Powers of Attorney and register these with the Department of Lands
    • Provide advice in regard to easements and covenants on title searches
    • Provide advice on property development and the sub-division of land
